To do this, use your knuckles to massage your jawline in an upward motion. Make sure to keep a firm pressure as you start from your chin and go all the way up to your jawline. Exercise 3

Slowly tip your head backwards till the time you start feeling a nice stretch on your neck, jawline and the chin area. Hold the pose for about 5-7 seconds and come back to a neutral position.
