If your dog can’t be seen and can’t be heard it usually means one of two things; they’ve fallen asleep or they’re up to no good.
Stacie Owen was at home in Llandudno, Wales, when she realised her Jackapoo Milo had gone suspiciously quiet.
The cheeky dog had recently worked out how to open the bedside drawers and during his latest exploration he really hit the jackpot.
As Stacie searched the house for Milo, she discovered him in her mum’s bedroom – perfectly wearing the dentures she had left in the drawer.
Filming the moment which left her stitches, she captures Milo showing off his huge grin as he walks around the house looking extremely pleased with himself.
As he poses for the camera showing off his pearly whites on the bed, Stacie struggles to contain her infectious laughter as she attempts to retrieve the set of false teeth – but Milo isn’t having any of it.
“I wondered why he went quiet and found him in the bedroom with my mum’s old dentures,” said the owner.
“He likes to hold things in his mouth, he feels very proud when he has something. Whenever we go on a walk he will always bring something home.”
The clip left thousands of others in fits of laughter after being shared on social media, with one writing: “Funniest thing I’ve seen in years.. I’m actually crying.”
A second said: “The laughter is as hilarious as the doggie.”
Another added: “He looks so happy with his new uppers!”
It’s not the first time a dog has left its owner in stitches by perfectly wearing a set of false teeth, after Ben Campbell bought a pair to take a few funny selfies to pass the time in lockdown.
The light-relief worked out better than he could ever have imagined when his Yorkshire terrier Thomas grabbed the comedy prop in his mouth and proudly ran around the house showing off his new smile.
